Jim is a native of north Florida, living on Fleming Island since 1979. Having grown up on Amelia Island, Jim has always been active in the Florida lifestyle and worked to support his community through volunteer opportunities at school, work and church.
After spending three years in the US Army, Jim settled into a career at CSX Transportation, as the Manager of Real Estate Acquisitions, all while also owning and operating Fleming Island Realty. Jim's hobbies are traveling, genealogy research, supporting his church and spending time with friends and family. |

Earning his Real Estate Broker license in 1980, Jim opened the first real estate office on Fleming Island, specializing in the unique lifestyle that people have flocked here for. Jim takes great pride in representing his clients, both buyers and sellers, in the purchase and sale of single family homes, land, development opportunities and commercial developments. He loves being able to share the years of experience and knowledge about the school districts, nuances of each of Fleming Islands many neighborhoods, churches and all related services of real estate ownership. From mortgages, title insurance, home insurance and warranty the property valuation, Jim has the experience to guide you every step of the way.
